  Dinosaurs...What are your thoughts?

  the "why do animals die" thread got me thinking about the dinosaurs.

  why would god create a species of animals and then completely destroy them or allow them to be destroyed.

  would he do that to humans too?.

  i was re-reading some of the old posts in the best of.... i was thinking....wouldnt it be great for this topic to appear on prime time.

  i really dont think many members are aware of this issue even to this day.

  i would like to see interviews with officials at the un and the wts.

  Life just gets wierder

  and the hits just keep on coming.

  my daughter called me today and said "mom....i went to the watchtower.org website and clicked on 'i wanna start a bible study'.

  shortly thereafter, sister sweetiepie calls on my daughter and sets up a weekly study and leaves her with wt mags.. not even an hour has passed and my daughter is shopping and another sister, "sister blabbermouth" spots her and says, "i heard the good news" gives her more magazines (she's just found a place to dump more mags) and then asks her, "why didnt you ask your mom for a study?

  first she has a baby and a toddler.

  she said that when she was racing for a seat she finally saw one that looked convenient and the man kept giving her awful looks.

  Help needed for research

  i have heard two sides to this thought.. 1. the society indicates that they are imperfect men and do not have any direct communication with god, only that they are sincere bible students.. 2. they claim that they are god's only visible organization.. these two statements kinda disagree with each other.

  they kinda cancel out each other right?

  if a person admits that they do not have a personal line of communication with god that is ablove all other men, then how can they be for certain and publicly claim they are the only true religion?

  Nother Money Discussion

  there was a thread we discussed about financial arrangements at assemblies.

  according to several threads i deduced that if there is a surplus in donations, they go into a circuit bank account.

  over the years these accounts can accumulate to something like $100,000 (give or take).

  Time! Where do you find it?

  my hubby and i were trying to put together a reasonable schedule once.

  we had meeting on sunday, ministry school on tuesday, book study on wednesday and service on saturday.

  ok we have the watchtower before the sunday meeting that needs to be read, all the scriptures looked up and hidden definitions to research, same with the book study, the service meeting and if you had a part on the school, you had to spend time putting that together.
